He is Risen!                             
Matthew 28:1-10

Early Sunday morning, the women who loved Jesus went to the tomb to bring spices to put on Jesus' body. Along the way, they asked each other, "Who will roll away the stone from the entrance so we can go into the tomb?"

When they arrived, they were surprised-the stone had already been rolled away! The tomb was empty. Jesus had risen! He was alive!

"Don't be afraid," said an angel at the tomb. "I know you are looking for Jesus. He is not here; he has risen just as he said he would. Go quickly and tell the disciples!"
